When will you ship my order?
We normally ship all orders within 3 business days. Final delivery time will vary based on location.
When will my order get delivered?
Transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location and the ordered items. You can check estimated delivery time for your pincode on any product page..
How can I track my order?
An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. You can also track your order by clicking on the option Track Order on our website after logging in.

How do I place Bulk Orders?
We get it. Our products are simply awesome and buying one is just not enough. You can place bulk orders by visiting us at our Bulk orders page or by contacting us via store@rgbprint.in or just call us at 973838 2759 (10 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday).
I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
In the event that you receive a damaged product, please initiate a return or reach out to us on store@rgbprint.in and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Can I cancel my order any time?
RGBPrint products are custom products and they are not reusable once returned or cancelled.
We request you to please make sure you cancel the order before we start processing it.

If you have any changes in the design after placing the order we request you to please inform us within 24hours and before we start processing the order.

If you wish to canel order you can mail us to store@rgbprint.in or You can contact us at 973838 2759 Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM and we will cancel the order and issue refund of your order.

What is your return policy?
RGBPrint products are custom products and they are not reusable once returned or cancelled.
We request you to please make sure you cancel the order before we start processing it.

You can return products, up to 20 days from the date of dipstach, from "My Orders" or "Track Order" section of our website. Or, you can send a request to store@rgbprint.in or call our toll free number 973838 2759.

The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received.

Do you arrange for reverse pickups?

NO, The postal charges for returning the product to will have to be paid by the buyer.

Where do I mail the returns?

Please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced. We will provide a shipping address that you can ship your order back to. RGB Print will dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive your returned order.

When will I receive a replacement?

Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:

The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.

The packaging should have the original tags in place.

They should be returned within 20 days from the dispatch date.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Can I get replace/refund after return due to quality mismatch?

Yes you can always ask for full refund (100%) of your order if you find there is quality mismatch for the products we deliver. We either refund the full amount or replace the product as per your request.

Please Note : The screen pixel resolution vary from screen to screen and it might sometimes lead to 20-25% deviation of colors the printing process. We request you to ingore the 20-25 % deviation if in case you find any. For more info please see this FAQ

For best results avoid low quality photos or scanned images.

We at RGBPrint are so stubborn in delivering high quality printed products to its customers. As the printing process isn't perfect, lots of human interaction and manual work is invloved, so some flaws might happen while processing your order.

Why there is colors mismatch with my order?

While we take all possible measures to keep the colours mis-match very low, however not all colours you see on your monitor can be reproduced in printing (due to gamut differences).

And there will also be differences between monitor to monitor and brand to brand and application to application. It will be nearly impossible to show the precise colours as shown in the monitor

However, If you find the product is complete colour mismatch, please let us know by mailing us with the images of mismatch products to solutions@rgbprint.com.
