The following Terms and Conditions apply to all content displayed and used on the RGB Print website (referred to as “Site). All Terms and Conditions are applicable to the Products made available for purchase on the Site and also cover orders placed and accepted for Products. All users are advised to read through the Terms and Conditions prior to utilizing the Site in any way or making a purchase. By accessing the Site’s content and/or placing an order, you verify that you have read, fully understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions found on this page. You can print this document for your records by clicking the print button on your browser.

All users are advised that we reserve the right to update or modify the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Users should review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

We do everything within our power to ensure that the Site is available 24 hours each day. We are not liable if the Site becomes unavailable for any length of time for any reason. Site access may be temporarily suspended without notice in situations involving maintenance, system failure, repair or due to unexpected occurrences outside of our control.

All order procedures outlined on the Site must be followed to make a purchase. Users must have a Facebook or Instagram account which must be accessed to begin the order process. This is necessary to obtain the images needed to create Product.

Every order is subject to Site acceptance. We will provide an Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order. The Order Confirmation will supply order details including the price and may also provide a delivery time estimate. As long as payment is received in full, we will begin processing your order once the Order Confirmation has been emailed. Orders cannot be cancelled after they are accepted. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil an order after accepting full payment, we may cancel the contract related to the Product ordered and refund the amount paid. The amount will be refunded in either the way it was charged or as part of store credit. RGB Print will have sole discreation to choose from either of these refund modes.

All users are advised that delivery times and dates provided by us are estimates. We will make a reasonable effort to ensure that the estimated delivery time is met. We are not liable for deliveries that are made outside of the estimated time frame.

You understand and accept that all details you submit to us for the purpose of placing an order through the Site is accurate and correct.

All prices indicated are inclusive of taxes.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Payment for orders must be submitted as instructed on the Site at the time the order is accepted. You will be required to provide accurate payment information and accept all terms and conditions related to a third party payment service. We exclude to the fullest extent permissible by law any liability related to use of a third party payment service.

You understand that all information gathered from you for the purpose of placing and delivering an order is correct and accurate. You also verify that your payment method is your legal property and that sufficient funds or credit is available to cover the entire cost of your order.

Your Order will be delivered within 3 to 14 business days after shipment. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code. Our logistics partners will make every effort to deliver within the time provided.

The delivery location for your Product(s) will appear on the order. The standard method of delivery will be regular postage.

We will do everything we reasonable can to process orders and manufacture Product within the delivery time estimate provided by us. Manufacturing times may vary and the delivery information provided is only an estimate. We are not liable for any expenses or loss incurred due to a delay in delivery of Product.

We reserve the right to ship orders in installments as necessary.

If you choose to wrongfully deny or fail to accept delivery of an order, we are under no obligation to provide a refund for the order. If delivery is refused or an inaccurate address was provided by you, you will be charged all applicable re-delivery fees.

Delivery complaints or claims for Product must be submitted to us within 14 days of receipt of Product(s). In cases of non-delivery, claims must be submitted in a reasonable time period from the expected delivery date.

If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can reverse credit to the Credit Card or credit your Net-Banking account, if and only if order hasn't been processed. Refunds are only subjected when cancellation is duly informed immediately. It takes 15 business days for refund, depending finally on the bank (additional delay for nationalized banks).

You retain the right to cancel an order if any of the following apply:

(a.) We fail to deliver your order within 14 days of the date you submitted the order

Or

(b.) If a Product is defective and we have been alerted promptly. Notification must be provided at the earliest opportunity after discovering a fault or defect in the Product. You must inspect the Product as soon as is reasonable after delivery, and should never be longer than 14 days after receiving the Product.

We are responsible for all amounts paid for the order (including any initial fees and re-delivery charges if applicable) if either of the two conditions listed above (a or b) are present.

Cancellation requests and related inquiries must be submitted to store@rgbprint.in

Except in regards to defective Product(s), nothing within the Site’s Terms and Conditions gives you any right of cancellation for Products which, by their nature, are manufactured specifically for you and are obviously personalized.

All returns must be made in the original Product packaging. You are advised that original packaging should be retained for this reason.

Product once received will be checked by team RGB Print and informed decision regarding acceptance of replacement will be conveyed immediately.

Orders can be cancelled if well informed to team RGB Print within 6 hrs of order placing. You can raise a cancel request to Customer Support Team at our helpline number or email at store@rgbprint.in by providing Order Number.

The Site may contain links to websites managed and owned by third parties. We have no control over these sites, including Facebook, Instagram and the payment gateway. They are provided for convenience reasons only. We make no guarantee, warranty or representations regarding any third party website which may be accessible through the Site as well as any services or product they provide. You agree that the Site is not liable in any way related to arrangements, deals or transactions (including the purchase of services or products) that you complete on any third party website.
